Many of you have noticed we are having some technical difficulties with the “Followers/Following” section on your member profiles.
Our IT team is doing their best to resolve this issue as soon as possible and we apologize for the inconvenience.
Important information on this issue:
- All followers are still there in the database and have not disappeared.
- We are limiting the number of followers/following displayed on the page to 50 since showing them all was exactly the root cause for significant registration delays, overall site slowness and unresponsiveness we were seeing lately.
- We are already working on a solution to this issue, keeping in mind the limitation that we cannot show them all.
We thank each and every one of you for your patience in this matter and hopefully we will have this resolved shortly.

It has come to our attention that a fraudulent letter has been circulating via US Mail using Toluna’s name and logo, asking recipients to deposit a check into their bank account, then wire the funds to 3 addresses. Please be advised that this letter is NOT from Toluna, nor are the senders associated with our organization. This is a fraudulent attempt to collect funds from the recipients, and the check is not valid.
As always, Toluna will never ask for your banking information, nor require you to issue a payment to us in any way. We have included an image of the letter that one of our member’s received below. If you or someone you know receives this letter, DO NOT try to deposit the check. Instead, please contact us to let us know when you received the letter, and if possible provide images of the letter, and the envelope including the sender’s information.
