Good afternoon Angel, the average time of receiving a rewards depends on which country you are from. If you are from the US or Canada, most rewards are delivered within 24-72 hours after requested. If there is a delay, it can take up to 6 weeks. If you have a question about a specific reward that you requested, you can contact us via the contact form on Toluna.com
when it say they want to stay virtual you get nothing?

Hi Jennifer, you can earn points from QuickVotes polls and Sponsored Content. You can find information on this when you login to Toluna.com and go to the Survey tab.
