Starting with today you will be able to see that the ticketing interface has been changed massively. We’re glad to say that this new system is a much simpler one and you will experience a snappy, crisp, and modern approach to requesting support. This has been done so that our support will always be up to par with the standards you have come to expect.
If you need to submit a support request, simply scroll down to the bottom of the webpage and then click on the contact us button. From here you will encounter two scenarios.
If you are not logged in to your own personal Toluna account you will be greeted by this interface

Kindly note that all further communication will be carried on from the new platform, so we kindly ask you not to reply to any former pending support cases, but login and submit a new inquiry. We’re really excited for you to experience the fresh, modern, and snappy update.
