Reward Center Update – Ensure you can redeem.
Please know that our rewards center has had some recent changes and updates. This is why, before redeeming a reward, we kindly ask you to do a clear sweep of your browser associated files (cookies, cache, and temporary files) from your browser to ensure you are seeing the updated Rewards. You may do so by simply pressing Ctrl+Shift+Delete while in your browser, or by accessing your browser’s settings menu.
For Mac users, cleaning your browser assocaited files may be done like so:
- Launch Safari.
- Click the History tab, in the top menu.
- Select “Clear History and Website Data…”
- Choose the time range (most likely “all history”) that you wish to clear.
- Click “Clear History.” Done.
