We apologize for any issues you have been facing with the Contact Us links on the Toluna website. We are aware of this issue, and are working to have it corrected as soon as possible.  We will notify you once the link is operational again, and in the meantime, you may reach our support team at

Additionally, for our US members, you may experience delays in point posting over the next several weeks as we make internal updates to our system.  For the time being, surveys with an incentive up to 1,500 points will continue to be credited within 24 hours, however, surveys with a higher incentive will need to be manually credited at the close of the study, causing some delays.  We will work to have all points credited to you as fast as possible, and appreciate your patience while we work to improve your Toluna experience.
