Toluna Payment Updates!
We have great news for you! Last week, we posted about delays we were experiencing processing payments including Walmart and Amazon gift cards, and check payments.
Well, we’re happy to announce that things are moving forward! Inventory is back in stock for Walmart, Amazon US and Amazon.ca and all outstanding requests have been processed, along with CVS Gift Card requests that were also a few days delayed. With regards to checks, we are still working to get caught up, but would like to let you know that all payments requested on or before June 14th will be mailing out this Thursday, August 6th.
We understand you work hard to earn your incentives, and we appreciate your patience when delays occur. We are working to continue processing outstanding check requests as fast as possible, and to avoid issues like this in the future.
Thank you to everyone for your patience, please contact the help desk with any questions, and check your Rewards page for your CVS, Walmart and Amazon rewards. For our Amazon.ca requesters, your codes have been delivered via email.
