Walmart Payment Update

Good morning members,

Currently, we are facing an inventory shortage for Walmart e-Gift Cards, and as a result are experiencing delays processing your requests.  We are very sorry for this inconvenience, and we are working to resolve the issue as fast as possible.

While we expect new inventory to be delivered within a week, we have decided to deactivate the Walmart option in our Rewards Center for the time being to prevent any further processing backlogs.  Existing requests will be processed as soon as our new inventory arrives, however, if you would like to cancel your existing request to select another option, please email us as TolunaRewards@toluna.com to let us know.  Please use the subject line Cancel Walmart Request, and we will have the points returned to your account.

Thank you for your understanding.  We will send a follow up notification once Walmart has been re-activated.
