Important Payment Update!

Greetings members,

We have an important update for you concerning payment timing and delays. As you may have noticed, our check processing times have been delayed recently, and we thank you all for your patience while we work to get our schedule back up to date, and get your payments to you as soon as possible.

With this said, we are also experiencing delays with the following payment options, due to over-popularity, and under stocked inventory. As a result, we have decided to temporarily remove these options from the Rewards Center, while we wait for new inventory to arrive.

Amazon.com – $25.00 egift cards
Starbucks – $10.00 egift cards
Target – $15.00 egift cards

In addition to the above, PayPal payments for both our US and Canadian members, requested on/after December 1st, are being processed on a delayed schedule while we re-fund our account.

At this time, we cannot provide an exact date when these options will be available, but we will notify you as soon as they have been reactivated. For members with gift card requests already in process, you will receive an email this afternoon from TolunaRewards@toluna.com, offering you the option to cancel your pending request, and for your funds to be returned to your account.  Members may also contact us directly at the aforementioned email for assistance. To request a cancellation, please provide your email address, and the name of the reward you would like to cancel (Ex: Cancel PayPal Request)
