Holiday Season Payment Update!
As the holiday season approaches, we are already receiving a higher than normal volume of payment requests. While we are doing everything we can to continue processing your payments within our normal timelines, we wanted to alert you to potential processing delays as we assess our current demands, and work to re-stock inventory for the coming months.
In particular, we want to point out that inventory of the following rewards has already begun selling out, and while we are in the process of ordering additional e-gift cards, we ask for your patience as it may take a bit longer than anticipated to receive your rewards:
As soon as our new stock arrives, we will work to fill all outstanding requests in the order that they were received, and will have all of your payments processed as soon as possible.
Please do keep in mind that as we get closer to the end of the year, it may take longer for our vendors to fill orders for new gift cards as well, so, to ensure that you receive your payments before the holidays, we recommend getting your requests in early!
