Virtual Visa Update
Hello members,
We’re writing to let you know that we will be deactivating the Virtual Visa option in the US Rewards Center, following many issues we have faced with delivering the Visas to our members, and your feedback regarding the expiration period of the activation codes.
The Virtual Visa will remain available through August 31st, or as inventory is available, so please visit the Rewards Center as soon as possible for your last chance to claim one of these rewards.
Please note that requests will be processed on a first come-first served basis, and any requests we receive after our inventory is spent will be cancelled. Should your request be cancelled, your points will be returned to your account, and an email will be sent from the Toluna Team confirming these details.
We thank you all for making the Virtual Visa a popular reward option, and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Fortunately, we currently have over 30 reward options available for you, starting at just 7,500 points, and are continuing to grow. Please continue to check back with us for more updates on your Rewards Center.
