Reward Payment Updates
As we close in on the end of the year, we wanted to notify you about some important updates to our rewards program. Due to year-end accounting procedures, and scheduling delays caused by the holiday season, we regret to inform you that all check and PayPal payments are currently being placed on hold until the end of the year.
What this means for you:
If you requested a check on/after November 25th, or a PayPal payment on/after December 2nd, your request will unfortunately not be processed until the week of January 6, 2014.
Please note that this payment hold will ONLY affect check and PayPal payments. All other reward options are available, and will be processed within our regular timelines. You may also continue to request check and PayPal payments, and the requests will be held until the New Year.
We regret this inconvenience, and assure you we will return to our normal processing times as quickly as possible. If you have a check or PayPal request pending, and wish to cancel it for another reward, please email us at TolunaRewards@toluna.com, with the following information:
– Subject Line – Cancel Payment Request
– Your full name and email address
– Specify whether it’s a check or PayPal request
– Your request date
