Notice: Gift Certificates – Processing Delay

Dear Members,

On Monday we launched a new reward option for our Canadian members: Gift Certificates.  We’re pleased with the response we’ve been receiving so far to this new option, and look forward to introducing more options throughout the year.

Unfortunately, due to a mix-up from our supplier, we were provided with a batch of invalid Gift Certificate claim codes.  We are already working with our vendor to have new claim codes provided to us, but in the meantime we will be unable to process requests for this reward.

We have been notified that it may take up to a week to receive the updated codes, but we are doing everything we can to reduce that timeline.  We sincerely apologize to members who received the invalid codes earlier this week (replacements are on the way!) ,and to those members who have a reward pending, for the delay.  As soon as our new codes are delivered next week, we will have your claim code issued to you.  Once the new codes are received, we will return to processing requests within 72 hours.
